• The AJGC's NSW Juniors' Gliding Weekend 19th – 21st of July 2024 was a great success!! For the Juniors that attended, they participated in activities like; weather and cross-country briefings, 10-Pin Bowling, Ice Skating and Lazer Skirmish. As well as a chance to experience gliding at Pipers Field both in the NSW Gliding Simulator and 'for-real', which was generously subsidised by NSW Gliding. They even got to experience thermal entry and centring, with some really good airmanship tips and tricks all by the use of a single tow rope. Overall, every Junior (and non-Junior alike) had an amazing time, and would extremely recommend to every Junior in NSW to come along to future events held by the AJGC.
