Junior Airworthiness Course
A Junior Airworthiness Course like this has not been run in Australia before. There is some logistical and organisational barriers to overcome however we are confident that a great event is possible.
The JAWC will be heavily subsidized financially by the GFA and the AJGC. Travel expenses and accommodation will be subsidised. The out-of-pocket expenses for the individual include the non-refundable course deposit (to secure your place if your application is successful) and food for the duration of the course.
The course will (most likely) be run in NSW, at Camden Airport (YSCN), approximately 60 minutes drive from Sydney Airport. The course will be 5 days long, with dates to be confirmed.
Due to funding restrictions, there is a maximum of eight participants who can attend. This will be discussed in more detail later.
Due to COVID-19, and the uncertainty surrounding when we may be back traveling, any dates or plans made are susceptible to change.
To put forward an expression of interest click here. This is not an application and there is no guarantee of the course going ahead if there is not enough interest. In order for the AJGC committee to properly assess whether this course should go ahead, it is best you answer all questions as accurately as possible.
